Alex Mercer: Welcome back to Prediction Market HQ: Daily Sports. It is Monday, February 16th, and we are moving fast for the Evening Edition. The board is shifting, the sharp money is finding its home, and we have the late-breaking data you need to adjust your portfolio before the night slate fully locks. Let’s get into the Daily Sports Evening Edition.

Marcus Webb: We’ve got a lot of moving parts tonight, Alex. The morning slate gave us some early indicators, but the real volume is hitting the markets right now as we approach the 7:00 and 9:00 PM windows.

Alex Mercer: Before we get to the new plays, we have to do the Re-Verify. Marcus, let’s go through the five positions we took this morning. First up, how’s that South Carolina State position looking after the 4:30 tip?

Marcus Webb: That one is a clear Win. South Carolina State handled business against Coppin State. If you followed the morning report, you cashed that early. We are officially off that position and onto the next.

Alex Mercer: Good start. What about the South Eastern Louisiana play?

Marcus Webb: As we sit here now, recording at roughly 6:30 PM Eastern, that game against East Texas A&M is deep in the second half. SE Louisiana held a lead of 41-26 earlier, but the market is tightening. We are holding this position, but it’s a sweat. If you’re in at the morning price, stay put.

Alex Mercer: Understood. Moving to the ACC, we had Duke laying the points against Syracuse.

Marcus Webb: That’s a 7:00 PM ET start, so we are still in the pre-game window. The market hasn't budged much; Duke is still the conviction play here. We are holding firm on the Blue Devils.

Alex Mercer: What about the Wagner moneyline play at LIU?

Marcus Webb: Also a 7:00 PM start. We are seeing some slight buy-back on LIU in the last hour, but our data on Wagner’s defensive efficiency holds. This is a definitive Hold.

Alex Mercer: And finally, the big one: Houston at Iowa State.

Marcus Webb: The late-night hammer. 9:00 PM ET tip. This is the heaviest volume game on the board. We are holding our Houston Moneyline position. The sharp money is actually doubling down on the Cougars as we get closer to tip-off.

Alex Mercer: Alright, three holds, one win, and one live sweat. Let’s look at the late adds for the night. We’ve got some Sun Belt and Patriot League action hitting the wires. Marcus, lead us off with the Ragin' Cajuns and the Monarchs.

Marcus Webb: We are adding Old Dominion -5.5 to the portfolio, currently trading at 64 cents. Here’s the deal: Louisiana-Lafayette is in serious trouble. They are confirmed to be without starters Jamyron Keller and Sean Elkinton for the rest of the year with foot injuries. This is a depleted rotation going into a hostile environment at Chartway Arena. Old Dominion is coming off a 23-point blowout of Georgia State, and Ketron Shaw is playing like the best guard in the conference right now. As we sit here now, this game has just tipped or is in the early stages—if you can still get this under 68 cents, it’s a high-conviction play. Louisiana simply doesn’t have the depth to keep up with ODU’s tempo tonight.

Alex Mercer: I love the injury angle there. What’s the second add?

Marcus Webb: We’re heading to the Patriot League. Colgate Raiders Moneyline, trading at 57 cents. They are on the road against Boston University, and while BU has won four straight, they are doing it with smoke and mirrors. They are still missing Kyrone Alexander and Malcolm Chimezie. Colgate, meanwhile, is the most efficient shooting team in the league, ranking 32nd nationally in field goal percentage. They lost a heartbreaker to Navy in overtime last time out, and we expect a massive "bounce-back" performance here to protect their seed. This game starts at 6:00 PM ET, so as we record, it's in the early going. If the lead holds or if it stays a one-possession game, keep buying Colgate up to 62 cents.

Alex Mercer: Let’s recap the Master List for the night. We have the morning holds: Duke -10, Wagner ML, and Houston ML. We add the evening plays: Old Dominion -5.5 and Colgate ML. Remember the timing: ODU and Colgate are live or starting now, Duke and Wagner go at 7:00 PM, and Houston anchors the night at 9:00 PM. The urgency is high.

Marcus Webb: Exactly. The markets are moving fast, especially on that Houston/Iowa State game. Watch the price—if Houston moves past 75 cents, the value thins out, but right now, it’s the play.
