Alex Mercer: First up, the Magic and the Hawks. How is that Orlando position looking?

Marcus Webb: As we sit here now, we have a live score of Magic 16, Hawks 18 with 5:07 remaining in the first quarter. It’s a tight, defensive start which favors our morning thesis. We are holding this position with full conviction.

Alex Mercer: Next, Mavericks versus Pelicans. Give us the status.

Marcus Webb: We are still in monitor mode here. There is no live score to report yet, so we’re watching the pre-game warmups and waiting for any last-minute lineup shifts before the 8:00 PM Eastern tip-off. 

Alex Mercer: How about the Spurs and the Clippers?

Marcus Webb: Same story. This is a late-night 10:30 PM Eastern start. We are monitoring the market liquidity. No score yet, and no reason to pivot from our initial morning outlook.

Alex Mercer: And finally, the Penguins and the Avalanche on the ice. Where do we stand?

Marcus Webb: No live score yet for the 9:30 PM Eastern puck drop in Denver. We are monitoring the goalie confirmations, but the morning conviction remains.

Alex Mercer: Alright, that’s the morning slate. Now, we’ve got two late-breaking plays that just hit the high-conviction threshold. First, let’s head to Boston for the Suns and the Celtics. Marcus, what are we seeing on Jayson Tatum?

Marcus Webb: We are attacking the Jayson Tatum Over 20.5 Points market, currently trading at 62 cents. The data here is overwhelming. Tatum’s volume is normalizing; he just played a season-high 32 minutes against Washington, and tonight, his minutes restriction is officially being lifted. More importantly, Phoenix is a defensive sieve tonight. They’ve officially ruled out Dillon Brooks—their primary perimeter stopper—and rim protector Mark Williams. Without those two, Tatum has a clear path to the bucket. If you can still get this under 65 cents before the 7:30 PM Eastern tip, you take it.

Alex Mercer: I love the volume play there. Next, we’re looking at the Trail Blazers visiting the Nets. The spread feels a bit wide here.

Marcus Webb: It’s significantly overvalued. We are taking the Nets +9.5, currently trading at 55 cents. Portland is on the second night of a back-to-back after a tough loss in Philly, and they are gapped out. No Lillard, no Sharpe, and they just ruled out Robert Williams III. Brooklyn is missing Michael Porter Jr., sure, but a double-digit spread for a sub-.500 road favorite like Portland is historically a losing bet. The Nets have the rotation depth to keep this within that 9.5-point cushion. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM Eastern—if the lead holds or the spread stays above 9, we stay aggressive.
