Alex Mercer: It is Friday, March 20th, and the board is moving fast. Welcome to the Prediction Market HQ Daily Sports Evening Edition. We have a lot of ground to cover before the late-night slate tips off, and the odds are shifting as we speak. We encourage you to jump into Kalshi, Polymarket, or your prediction market app of choice with us; as always, we will be using Polymarket’s data to track where the sharp money is moving. Marcus, we’ve got results in the books and some major injury news shaking up the NBA markets. Let’s get into the Daily Sports Evening Edition. Marcus Webb: Let’s move. The market is showing some massive inefficiencies tonight, especially with these late scratches. We need to be surgical with our bankroll. Alex Mercer: Let’s start with the Re-Verify. We’re doing a roll call on our morning positions. First up, how’s that Warriors and Pistons position looking? Marcus Webb: We are holding that position, Alex. As we sit here now, Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart are officially out for Detroit. Jalen Duren is currently a game-time decision with ankle soreness. If Duren sits, the Pistons lose their only real interior presence. That makes the Warriors Moneyline—currently trading at 58 cents—a strong hold. If you can still get the Warriors under 60 cents, keep it. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM Eastern. Alex Mercer: Moving to the Celtics and Grizzlies. What’s the status there? Marcus Webb: That’s a firm hold. Memphis is essentially a G-League roster tonight with nine players out, including Morant and Edey. Our play on the Under 19.5 for Ty Jerome has sharpened significantly; it’s now trading at 68 cents. The market is finally pricing in the lockdown potential of Holiday and White. If you missed the morning entry, I wouldn't chase it past 72 cents, but if you’re in, stay put. This one tips at 7:00 PM. Alex Mercer: Next, Hawks versus Rockets. We were fading Amen Thompson’s playmaking. Still feeling good about that one? Marcus Webb: Absolutely. Alperen Sengun is confirmed active, which is the key. He’s the primary hub, and with Kevin Durant also demanding high usage in Houston’s offense, Thompson’s path to 6 assists is incredibly narrow. We are holding Amen Thompson Under 5.5 assists, currently trading at 62 cents. Start time is 8:00 PM Eastern. Alex Mercer: Now for the afternoon results. We had the Akron Zips against the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Marcus, give us the damage report on that plus-8.5 spread. Marcus Webb: At the time of recording, that one is a Final, and it’s a Loss for us. Texas Tech was just too efficient, shooting 61% from the field even without JT Toppin. They blew right past the spread, finishing 91 to 71. Akron’s veteran core just didn't have the size to keep up. We pivot and move on. Alex Mercer: We’re adding a heavy hitter for the nightcap. We are looking at California Baptist versus the Kansas Jayhawks. What’s the play for the late-night tournament slate? Marcus Webb: We are laying the points with Kansas minus-13.5, currently trading at 55 cents. The big news here is Darryn Peterson. He is confirmed 100% healthy. Bill Self has been very vocal that Peterson is in his best condition of the season. Cal Baptist is on a nice six-game win streak, but they haven't seen a physical mismatch like this. Kansas is second in the Big 12 in rebounding and holds a massive NET ranking advantage. If this line moves to 14.5, I’d still take it, but grab it now before the 9:45 PM tip-off. Alex Mercer: Let’s lock the roster for the night. Here is the Master List for our final evening portfolio: 1. Warriors Moneyline (Hold) – 7:30 PM ET 2. Ty Jerome Under 19.5 P/A (Hold) – 7:00 PM ET 3. Amen Thompson Under 5.5 Assists (Hold) – 8:00 PM ET 4. Kansas -13.5 (New Play) – 9:45 PM ET Marcus Webb: That’s the slate. We’ve got a mix of NBA injury exploitation and a high-conviction tournament play on a healthy Jayhawks squad. Watch the Duren news in Detroit—if he’s ruled out, the Warriors' price will jump instantly. Alex Mercer: We’ll be watching the markets closely tonight.
